Associate Therapist II

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized intensive outpatient treatment setting, meeting clients two to three times weekly to explore identified issues and behaviors. Assist in identifying treatment goals, completing psychosocial assessments, and updating treatment plans while maintaining contact with referring therapists and insurance case managers. Lead milieu activities, supervise meals, and coordinate discharge planning with written summaries and referral sources. Document all sessions accurately and attend weekly team meetings to share observations and input on client schedules. Serve as a primary contact and advocate for clients and families throughout the treatment process, adhering to facility ethics and corporate compliance guidelines.
