Job Summary
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized intensive outpatient treatment setting, meeting clients two to three times weekly to explore identified issues and behaviors. Complete initial psychosocial assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain contact with referring therapists and insurance case managers. Lead and participate in group meetings, meals, and milieu activities while providing comprehensive charting and discharge planning summaries. Coordinate care as a primary client advocate and liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and internal resources. Attend weekly team meetings to share observations and input into client schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Level
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology
- Full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC)
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Minimum of one (2) years' experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Preferred: experience with clients with mental health and substance use disorders
