Associate Therapist II - FT Flex Schedule

Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization facility, selecting appropriate interventions and maintaining therapeutic relationships using praise and clear boundaries. Conduct effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge. Complete session notes, contact logs, discharge plans, and other reports in compliance with state, accrediting, and payor guidelines, ensuring documentation reflects ongoing clinical assessments. Communicate client progress with referral sources, families, and guardians as appropriate. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options including evening shifts. Requires a master's degree, provisional clinical license in Pennsylvania, and minimum two years of experience with adults with severe mental illness.
