Job Summary
Under clinical supervision, LPC-Associates will work with at-risk children, parents, and families. Provide trauma informed care to children, adolescents, and their families in all facets of services provided by the Child & Family Guidance Center. Maintain a caseload of individual, family and group therapy clients. Participate in clinical supervision meetings designed for scheduling, diagnosis and treatment of clients. Maintain communication with other professional staff regarding shared therapy goals. Responsible for maintaining adequate records and reports according to agency policies. Adhere to Center’s policies and procedures. Attend pertinent Center meetings and events. Attend Continuing Education Programs to meet licensing requirements. Hybrid work model (remote and in person sessions) after completion of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate) in the State of Texas
