Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate in San Francisco leading day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and due diligence management. Provide strategic advisory support, draft pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations, and mentor Analysts while maintaining direct client involvement in negotiations. Focus on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector with opportunities to work on high-profile, complex transactions as part of a West Coast team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years investment banking experience with at least 1 full year at the Associate level
- Direct experience in TMT is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university is required
