Job Summary
Provide case coverage for assigned geography for The UroLift System, including on-site clinical consultation, support, troubleshooting, and education for physicians and hospital staff. Articulate clinical and technical product knowledge while maintaining current records, inventory, and sales reporting. Retain relationships within the customer base by identifying sales opportunities and developing cross-functional partnerships. Engage in industry training, market development activities, and basic administrative duties as directed. Travel up to 50% to support surgical procedures and follow-up requests. Transition into sales as part of career development.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
- 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred
- Must be mobile and willing to travel
- Expected Travel: Up to 50%
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: 50% - 60%
- Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- High attention for detail and excellent follow through
- Pro-active; high-performance and results orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential to the role
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
