Job Summary
Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures while providing clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams. Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff to deliver education, in-servicing, and case logistics management. Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region. Stay current on new products, techniques, and industry developments to influence outcomes in fast-paced clinical environments. This hands-on role requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver's licence. You will work field-based with 20% travel, supported by comprehensive onboarding including workshops and in-theatre training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role
- Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
- Current valid driver's licence
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
- Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry
