Job Summary
Call upon customers in hospital and office settings to achieve specific product and account goals alongside your Territory Manager. Provide in-servicing training to physicians and staff during operating room procedures. Follow up on pre- and post-sales efforts to maintain customer relationships, while delivering and picking up products as needed. Develop consultative selling skills to meet sales results and acquire knowledge of the competitive landscape. Complete sales paperwork and records accurately. This multiyear training program requires full-time commitment with up to 75% travel, including overnight trips and weekend availability.

- Ability to relocate after completion of the program and desire to grow career within the Surgical Business organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Organized, strong time management skills
- High-energy, excellent work ethic, both reliable and positive
- Ability to lift and carry equipment over 40lbs
- Establishes, develops or maintains field contact with key customers, clinicians and researchers, and other decision makers in assigned accounts including travel to customer facilities and onsite support
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time, including extensive regional and long-distance travel
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Position requires frequent overnight travel and the ability to provide support at customer locations as business needs dictate
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must adhere to all customer and vendor credentialing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales experience, 1-3 years a plus, but not required
- Clinical, pharmaceutical or medical device experience desired
