Job Summary
Associate Territory Manager role responsible for supporting Territory Managers in BD’s UCC Homecare sales, performing product demonstrations and clinician education to physicians, nurses, case managers, and other decision makers as patients transition from hospital to home. Territory includes Memphis, western Kentucky, and Cape Girardeau; travel up to 80-90% with field-based/hybrid office presence. Key duties include driving sales revenue, building strategic relationships with key accounts, conducting product demonstrations and in-service sessions (including electronic platforms like LINK Online), developing plans to exceed revenue targets, coordinating with care-support teams, maintaining accurate customer/account files, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, and a valid driver’s license; travel and in-office presence are emphasized, with remote work not indicated for these locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum one to three years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated sales success
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
