Job Summary

Associate Territory Manager role in Florida focused on supporting one high-volume territory for NavDx diagnostics. You will start with sales operations and account support, ensuring territory data accuracy in Salesforce, managing test orders and sample issues, monitoring inventory and order fulfillment, and providing structured territory reporting. You’ll assist with onboarding and sustained utilization at existing accounts, serve as a day-to-day resource for office staff and clinicians, monitor utilization trends, and surface growth opportunities. As you gain experience, you’ll join and eventually lead clinical conversations with providers (ENT/Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Colorectal Surgeons), engage in prospecting for new accounts, and support field initiatives for NavDx indications. A growth path toward a field-facing commercial role is outlined. The role requires a college degree (bachelor’s in a scientific discipline preferred), 0–2 years in healthcare/life sciences/diagnostics, strong organizational skills, independence, Salesforce experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel ~50% within Florida. HIPAA compliance and corporate policies are required.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or a clinical/administrative-facing role
  • Exposure to oncology, molecular diagnostics, or surgical specialties preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage high-volume tasks across a large territory
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and standard business software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned Florida territory-50%+ travel
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and dependable — you get things done without being told twice
  • A self-starter who is energized by building something new and figuring out what works
  • Clinically curious with the drive to grow into a field-facing commercial role over time
  • Strong communicator who can manage expectations with both internal teams and external customers
  • Competitive and accountable — you care about the numbers and your contribution to them
