Job Summary
Detail-oriented IT portfolio professional supporting portfolio administration, governance, onboarding/offboarding of contingent workers, and vendor coordination. Leverages advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint to drive portfolio-level reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-ready insights; coordinates cross-functional activities across HR, vendors, and IT teams to ensure compliant and efficient workforce transitions and standardized processes across programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, portfolio administration, or PMO support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
