Associate Technician

Adhere to work instructions, complete equipment calibration and setup, and promptly communicate maintenance issues to the Supervisor. Proactively identify quality, process, and workflow problems, and inform leadership of outstanding or re-occurring concerns. Mentor new hires, cross-train associates, and participate in team meetings and focus groups to share input on facility issues. Maintain a clean, safe work area, report potential safety or health concerns immediately, and support management decisions while following all company policies. This role is an existing vacancy within EssilorLuxottica's production department, requiring a high school diploma and experience in a fast-paced environment.
