Associate Technical Support Engineer

Associate Technical Support Engineer on Vestmark's production support trading team, responsible for all aspects of production and technical support for VestmarkONE clients. Analysts will analyze, research, and resolve customer support cases, respond to internal alerts, and coordinate with operations and technology teams to ensure high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting questions related to order generation, order and allocation transmission, order management, model management, and configuration settings; proactive issue notification to clients; contributing to production support procedures; aiding in cross-training and onboarding of teammates and interns; handling inbound support calls and case escalation, and leading or participating in client meetings and special projects. Required skills include understanding of the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; preferable skills include experience with investment systems, FIX, SQL, and enterprise software implementation lifecycles. Education: BA or BS degree required or equivalent is a plus; hybrid role based out of Wakefield, MA.
