Associate Technical Success Manager - US/LATAM

Job Summary
Associate Technical Success Manager (US/LATAM) responsible for post-sale technical ownership and delivery for strategic customers. You will orchestrate cross-functional delivery between Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Vector Search, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions. Drive adoption and value, align multiple customer projects with internal resources, perform regular technical health checks and architecture reviews, manage escalation for blockers, and evangelize best practices for building AI solutions. Candidates should have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical delivery role, strong cross-team collaboration, and solid understanding of ML lifecycles, data pipelines, and search technologies; familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud ecosystems and open-source search stacks is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical delivery role
- ability to manage multi-stakeholder technical projects
- understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and fundamental concepts of search/retrieval systems
- ability to translate technical blockers into business impact for executives and developers
- experience with Forward Deployed or Professional Services models (nice to have)
- experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) (nice to have)
- experience with search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant) (nice to have)
- background in technical delivery and project management in a remote/international team environment
