Job Summary
Draft patent applications from invention disclosures and conduct inventor interviews. Review and analyze Office Actions, then draft amendments and responses to client inquiries. Accept feedback from supervising Partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. This role requires at least two years of patent prosecution experience in the semiconductor field, including drafting 20+ US applications, with a preferred background in chip design or circuit architecture. Mandarin language capability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering Degree
- at least a bachelor's degree
- at least two years of experience in patent prosecution
- drafting at least 20 US patent applications
