Job Summary
Associate Technical Services Manager based in Bengaluru, with hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for monitoring product health and quality using data from real-time monitoring, member escalations, social media, and help center discussions; identifying and resolving complex technical issues before escalation to Engineering and Product Management; driving initiatives to improve product quality, supporting feature launches and deprecations, and ensuring quality readiness. Collaborates with Product and Engineering to enhance product quality and customer experience; analyzes dashboards, prepares escalation trends, and communicates active issues across teams. Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, AJAX, APIs; experience with Unix, Hive, Pig; familiarity with Tableau or other analytics tools; proficiency with Jira, Bugzilla, Salesforce, Zendesk; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to extract insights from large datasets and prioritize tasks by business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Product Operations, Product Management, or related field
