Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding, including sourcing via LinkedIn and Clearance Jobs, screening candidates for fit, and negotiating offers. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, write compliant job descriptions, and support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics in the Applicant Tracking System while managing employer branding campaigns. Train interviewers and ensure accurate compliance with government contracting standards. This role requires US citizenship and Public Trust clearance eligibility, with a focus on mission-driven software development for federal agencies.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizens
- Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
- Proven success recruiting for cleared roles, including Secret, TS, TS/SCI, and CI Poly positions
- Familiarity with federal government contracting requirements, including proposal-based recruiting and compliance considerations
- Background in technical recruiting or direct experience in the technology industry
- Strong professional references, especially important for candidates with shorter prior tenures
- Personable, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
