Job Summary
Execute product updates, enhancements, and release activities across clinical and operational platforms in a regulated home care environment. Translate business requirements into technical specifications with engineering teams while developing and refining Product Requirements Documents. Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze workflows, then coordinate vendor integrations and manage backlog readiness via Jira and ClickUp. Support user acceptance testing, system validation, and defect tracking to ensure release quality and data accuracy. Adhere to HIPAA requirements and data governance standards throughout all system change activities. Full-time on-site Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical systems and integration workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Entry-level professional or recent graduate
- Strong curiosity about how systems connect and products are built
- Comfortable working across technical and business teams
- Comfortable navigating the complexity of a growing healthcare organization
- Monday – Friday (Full-Time, On-Site)
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually
Desired Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience in product, systems, operations, or technology
- Exposure to APIs, SaaS platforms, or system integrations
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar platforms
