Associate Technical Director- Urban Development

Lead technical governance and project management for civil land development projects as Associate Technical Director; provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with design intent, client objectives, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes. Drive quality and consistency across project delivery, oversee multidisciplinary design reviews, manage scopes, programmes, budgets, and risk, and act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders. Provide high-level guidance during construction, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate across civil, drainage, transport, environmental, and external consultants to deliver integrated outcomes. Maintain design integrity from concept through construction documentation; review key deliverables, RFIs, and value engineering opportunities, and support project financial performance. Strong emphasis on leadership, client communication, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory frameworks.
