Associate Technical Analyst

Job Summary
Liaise with clients to define business and workflow requirements, building rapport and managing expectations as the primary technical contact for new requirements and project deliverables. Formulate these requirements into technical solutions by resolving complex problems across platforms, identifying dependencies, and recommending appropriate fixes. Work alongside developers to design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions, while on-boarding client and broker connections to the FlexLINK FIX network and implementing new FX liquidity providers. Provide global client support by interpreting queries for root cause analysis, proposing workarounds, and proactively driving issue investigations to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a numerate subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to both business and technical clients and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and composed
- Desire to learn both the business and technical aspects of the financial capital markets in which FlexTrade operates
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Financial Software or Trading environment
- Fluency in another European languages
