Job Summary
Support WEBICE trading application users and associated products by conducting floor visits, delivering training sessions, and building relationships with new and existing customers in the EMEA region. Become an expert in ICE suite functionality to channel customer feedback and document competitive landscape gaps into the product and technology roadmaps. Maintain high-level presentations for traders, quants, and risk managers while scheduling weekly diaries for client site visits and online demos. Provide bi-weekly feedback to the Product Management team. Requires understanding of futures and options, capital markets, and derivatives trade lifecycles. Travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of Instant Messaging
- Knowledge of desktop trading/execution/market data systems
- Understand key target industries
- Trends in industry
- Emerging technologies
- Pro-active approach to calling customers
- Managing their time effectively
- Scheduling a weekly diary with client site visits
- Online training demos
- Knowledge of Capital Markets (Exchange and/or OTC)
- Derivatives
- Any prior exposure to an Exchange
- Futures /options/ OTC trade lifecycles
- Trading
- Working with desktop commodity applications
Desired Qualifications
- Become an expert in the content and functionality of WEBICE and suite of associated products
- Build good understanding of customer workflows and their toolset (ICE or otherwise)
- Build good understanding of competitive landscape and their offerings
- Document key critical gaps in our offering vis-a-via marketplace
- Channel that into our roadmap working closely with product teams
- Ability to conduct high level presentations to traders, quants, and risk managers
- Within the banking, trading, hedge fund & broking community
- Maintain high level training sessions
- Ability to cross sale other ICE solutions
- Product derivatives
