Job Summary
Respond to phone calls, live chats, emails, and personal requests for technical support while escalating issues and providing updates to stakeholders for desktop and application tickets. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, then document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution. Manage and execute requests for multiple technical needs, including computer peripherals, laptops, desktops, and software installation. Provide detailed diagnostics summaries for next-tier support and facilitate logins, account support, and various system administration duties within a NOC environment. This role supports the overall health and availability of systems for Progressive Leasing's employees across different realms. You'll bring knowledge of commonly used concepts within a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment and 1 to 2 years of information system experience, including 1 year working directly with PC hardware and software.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment
- 1 to 2 years of information system experience
- 1 year of experience working directly with PC Hardware and Software
- Ability to lift, up to 40 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance and reach for extended periods of time
