Associate Tech Field Eng

Install, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated software and peripherals. Perform low-complexity installs, moves, adds, and changes on various equipment and devices. Assist with maintenance on products and devices, and support network, server, device, and application testing and certification. Ensure client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions and update incident and request tickets within the ticketing system as required. Follow specific procedures outlined and complete certification requirements. Assists with special projects as assigned.
