Associate Team Lead-RTR

Job Summary
Perform month end close and RTR activities including general ledger tasks, manual journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; manage fixed assets accounting, lease accounting (Nakisa), currency revaluation, and banking/treasury tasks; prepare and reconcile SEC footnotes and reports, oversee RMI, and ensure SOX compliance; collaborate with auditors and drive process improvements; lead and develop RTR activities and KPIs across global teams; require Chartered Accountant / BCOM background and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in SAP and OneStream and familiarity with Power BI and VBA, and willingness to work across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- BCOM
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred
- Proficiency with General Ledger, Mark to Market, Options, Futures, Intercompany and Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting
- Knowledge of SAP & OneStream ERP, Power BI, VBA Macros would be an added advantage
