Job Summary
Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children, maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones, ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures, and provide support across classroom age groups as needed. Opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. Full-time and part-time positions available serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. In-person work in the Silver Spring, MD area with mandatory background checks and adherence to immunization and health-safety requirements. Compensation ranges hourly between $16.85 and $20.95, with competitive benefits and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Pass required state and company background checks
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred
