Job Summary
Conduct hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children while maintaining open communication with parents regarding daily milestones. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines. Provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons policies to support children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create engaging curriculum that shapes future learners. This role requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements concerning immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field
