Job Summary
Assist with hands-on activities and deliver curriculum to support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in an in-person preschool setting. Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily milestones and child development. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create engaging learning experiences and support Bright Horizons’ policies, immunization requirements, and health and safety training. Opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost are available. This role emphasizes in-person supervision and care within a Brookline, MA center, with compensation hourly between $19.60 and $24.45.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- pass state and company background checks
- in-person work in Brookline, MA area
Desired Qualifications
- CDA (optional but preferred)
- Associate degree (optional but preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field (optional but preferred)
