Associate Tax Consultant, Property Tax

Job Summary
Conduct assessment reviews, participate in appeals and hearings with taxing authorities, and prepare reports supporting tax savings recommendations. Research and enter client assessment details, property data, and jurisdictional information into the review management system while utilizing templates for valuation and exemption identification. Assist business development teams in scoping work, support production and invoicing processes, and track deadlines for filings, audits, and tax payments. Perform on-site inspections of client properties and monitor industry trends and legislative changes. Work independently on routine matters and collaborate on complex cases. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, or Economics with 1–3 years of experience, plus a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, research, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
