Job Summary
Lead delivery of projects across Talent solution areas including Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management, and Employee Experience. Support business development by participating in BD meetings, driving sales, and interacting with clients to understand requirements and present recommended solutions. Develop white-papers, proprietary tools, and offerings under internal SME guidance while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requires a full-time MBA from a premier institute, 6-8 years of HR experience, and prior consulting exposure. This hybrid role mandates at least three days per week in the office in Gurugram or Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- Full time MBA from a premier institute
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in HR function
- proven track with reputed organizations
- Prior consulting experience
