Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP)

Build and nurture talent pipelines for sales and technical roles across LATAM by leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools like Findem.AI to identify and engage candidates in Mexico and other markets. Develop personalized messaging strategies, ensure job postings align with Genesys' brand standards, and maintain accuracy and compliance in the Workday ATS. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support the full recruitment lifecycle, while contributing to employer branding initiatives and team projects focused on recruitment innovation. Requires strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work a hybrid model with two mandatory days in the Mexico City office.
