Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate, and business hiring while supporting the launch of Guidepoint's UK campus recruitment programme. Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and represent the company at university events and employer branding activities. Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes. Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and share best practices. This hybrid role in Manchester requires the right to work in the UK and offers competitive compensation, medical coverage, and professional development opportunities within a supportive, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter e.g.)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality and human judgement
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
