Job Summary
Install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize application systems and databases within Altera's Software Development and QA environments. Provide premium client services by tracking ongoing issues, resolving performance problems, and delivering weekly or monthly client read-outs. Utilize AppDynamics to monitor application performance, identify bugs, and drive remediation across the client base. Assess complex database issues, establish operational workflows for known alerts, and prepare technical and operational documentation. Participate in daily or weekly leadership calls to update progress while maintaining a 24*7 operational schedule with rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT
- 1+ years of experience in supporting and monitoring DynaTrace/AppDynamics/NewRelic or other Application Performance management tools
- Experience in Windows server infrastructure

- International support experience (preferably US or Europe i.e., good command of verbal and written English)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Working in a 24*7 operational environment with rotational shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Any relevant IT certification
- Basic knowledge of ITIL framework (V3.0 foundation certificate would be added advantage)
