Job Summary
Associate Systems Engineer – Health Management supports the GVHMS portfolio by planning, designing, developing and verifying lifecycle balanced system-of-systems solutions for aircraft health and usage data across platforms such as F/A-18, E/A-18, F-15, T7, MQ-25, and proprietary programs. Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, integrating technical parameters, ensuring interface compatibility, performing analyses for safety, reliability, maintainability, and regulatory/compliance factors, developing requirements management processes, risk and opportunity management, and coordinating with software, hardware, and test teams. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders, and project-management elements are essential; MBSE experience and familiarity with EVM/CAM are a plus. Relocation is provided based on eligibility; U.S. citizenship is required to obtain security clearance. This is a full-time role located in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 1+ years of experience in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade design)
- 1+ years of experience working across multiple phases of the product life-cycle
- Active Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships
- Agile development experience
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is a plus
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and CAM duties
