Job Summary
Associate Systems Engineer responsibilities include ensuring integrity of the ground system and command path, using MS-Windows or UNIX based computers for developing the operational plan and analyzing data, coordinating with management and peers to ensure high-quality operational products, analyzing technical data and configuring systems to meet constraints, monitoring system performance, and potentially supporting future system testing and integration. Position is 100% onsite in Las Cruces, NM, with relocation offered for eligible candidates; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and may require security/suitability clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Must be able to successfully complete the Space Vehicle Qualification training which requires a combination of self-study and on-the-job (OJT) training
