Associate Systems Analyst - MyChart/Digital Experience

Job Summary
Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems; assists in system troubleshooting, end-user training, and basic project coordination. Works closely with senior team members to ensure system functionality, deliver user support, and enhance operational efficiency. Focuses on MyChart, EpicCare Link and Care Everywhere initiatives; provides assistance with coordination and execution of digital experience strategy and initiatives; collaborates with clinical, operational, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with patient and operational needs; stays abreast of trends in Epic, digital health, and advises how trends should be operationalized or monitored; champions adoption of innovative digital solutions to enhance patient care and workforce/physician operational efficiency; defines and tracks metrics to evaluate effectiveness of digital experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field OR two (2) years of relevant experience
- Relevant certifications and/or proficiencies may be required for this position, with a target completion within 90 days following formal training provided by WVUHS Information Technology
