Job Summary

Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations and providing day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment, including white-glove support for executive users and board-related activities. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD, while supporting endpoint management and security controls to maintain a compliant environment. Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, maintain accurate records using IT service management tools, and respond to service requests and technical incidents in a timely manner. Participate in planned maintenance activities and support occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support roles
  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives, executive assistants, or other VIP users in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity and access management concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, software, operating system, and basic collaboration technology issues
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, and wireless networking
  • Experience using IT service management and asset management platforms such as Jira Service Management, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, urgency, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional after-hours maintenance activities

Desired Qualifications

  • 6+ years of enterprise IT experience
  • Experience providing executive or white-glove technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms
  • Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AV, conferencing, collaboration, and room-support technologies used in executive settings
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools and enterprise security best practices
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation
