Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations and providing day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment, including white-glove support for executive users and board-related activities. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD, while supporting endpoint management and security controls to maintain a compliant environment. Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, maintain accurate records using IT service management tools, and respond to service requests and technical incidents in a timely manner. Participate in planned maintenance activities and support occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support roles
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives, executive assistants, or other VIP users in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems in a business environment
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity and access management concepts
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, software, operating system, and basic collaboration technology issues
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, and wireless networking
- Experience using IT service management and asset management platforms such as Jira Service Management, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, urgency, and strong follow-through
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional after-hours maintenance activities
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise IT experience
- Experience providing executive or white-glove technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms
- Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AV, conferencing, collaboration, and room-support technologies used in executive settings
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and enterprise security best practices
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation
