Job Summary
Associate - Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator within Wholesale Lending Services coordinating complex syndicated and bi-lateral loans, and letter of credit transactions; responsibilities include managing loan documentation review for regulatory and operational feasibility, coordinating with Debt Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Loan & Agency Services, Legal, Trade Settlements, and Borrowers/Lenders; knowledge of loan products, funding mechanics, deal structure, and funds flows; supervising junior analysts, ensuring accuracy, and addressing control gaps with global partners; opportunities for growth and cross-border collaboration with international counterparts in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of Syndicated Loan experience
- Knowledge of the Loan product / Syndicated Loan business
- Understanding of financial services within Investment Banking
- Experience collecting and reviewing pre-syndicated loan documentation
- Collaboration with team members and senior management
- Adaptability to changing environment
- Decision-making abilities including escalation and problem-solving
