Job Summary
Provide day-to-day production support for Wealth Management applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-hosted services across Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, PCF, and related infrastructure. Monitor application health using Dynatrace to support alert triage, service restoration, and stakeholder communications. Investigate issues spanning database, API, container, and messaging layers while contributing to Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in ServiceNow. Coordinate SSL certificate management, secrets access via CyberArk and Azure Key Vault, and participate in release support, disaster recovery planning, and production readiness activities. Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational dashboards to improve repeatability and operational controls. Actively collaborate with development, infrastructure, cyber/security, and vendor teams to implement end-to-end solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience in application support, production operations, or site reliability support for enterprise-grade platforms
- troubleshooting issues across application, database, API, cloud, container, messaging, certificate, and infrastructure layers
- understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
- ability to contribute to RCA, postmortem, and risk-reduction activities
- collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, cyber/security teams, and vendor/enterprise support groups
