Job Summary
Busy and growing foot and ankle practice seeks an Associate DPM to join the team. Role combines foot and ankle surgery with office-based patient care and periodic hospital coverage. Candidate should be highly motivated, ready to handle established patient volume immediately, and capable of building and marketing their own referral base. Ideal for someone looking to advance surgical numbers for boards within a supportive environment with mentorship and opportunities for research and ongoing CME. Position includes competitive salary ($150k–$200k based on experience) plus production bonus, 401(k) with matching, comprehensive insurance, malpractice coverage, and CME/training opportunities; work with two residency programs and participate in research initiatives. Requires at least one Saturday per month and periodic call (4–8 times/year). Location: Overland Park, KS.
Required Qualifications
- DPM degree with completion of podiatric surgical residency
- Board qualified by ABFAS
