Conduct patient education and implement clinical best practices for Impella Pump-Portfolio cases, focusing on operating room and intensive care unit interactions. Visit institutions where patients utilize the portfolio to collect clinically relevant data and support new surgical sites through proctoring and complex case management. Facilitate After Action Reviews with physicians post-procedure and communicate findings. Manage surgical accounts by delivering continuous training at European key sites and coordinating activities with the SAM, Franchise Team, and Medical Office. Build peer-to-peer networks to exchange best practices and implement physician education programs. Represent the company at surgical conferences across the EMEA region. Requires a clinical background in nursing or perfusion with extensive experience in cardiac surgery and mechanical circulatory support.
