Associate Support Engineer

Job Summary
Monitor performance across calls, chats, and tickets in real time to ensure service targets are achieved for clients and internal teams. Communicate cross-functionally to provide timely feedback to leaders on performance metrics. Support resolution of technical issues for internal teams and vendors while engaging in the escalation process as a liaison between business and technology groups. Work in a 24x7 environment with flexibility to cover shifts. This entry-level Command Center role reports directly to the Sr. Director of SAP Delivery at Rimini Street, a leading third-party support provider for Oracle, SAP, and VMware software.

- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment
- Must be based in Sunway, Malaysia
