Job Summary
Remote-ready Associate Support Enablement Analyst role focused on diagnosing and resolving technical issues for Gainsight’s customer-success platform, meeting SLA targets, and collaborating with L1–L3 Support, developers, and product teams. Key duties include providing phone/email support via ticketing systems, documenting customer interactions, managing expectations, escalating as needed, researching and documenting technical issues, staying current with product updates, and occasionally traveling (~5%) for team meetings/events. Must have a CS-related degree or 2–3 years of technical experience; nice-to-haves include experience with Salesforce Apps, SQL, and understanding relational databases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of related technical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills
