Job Summary
Associate Support Analyst responsible for monitoring scheduled jobs and automated processes, triaging incoming support tickets, providing Tier 1 technical support to end users, and documenting issue details. Duties include following playbooks to resolve issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams, logging incidents in the ticketing system, maintaining current product knowledge through training, and contributing to SOPs and team meetings. Preferred background includes a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and experience with Workday/ERP/HCM platforms, Salesforce familiarity, basic SQL, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach to support in a BPaaS environment.
