Job Summary
Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist in Iuka, MS to define and develop material strategy, assess supply resources, aggregate and prioritize demand, plan inventory, distribution requirements, production, and rough-cut capacity for all products. Will participate in make/buy processes, long-term capacity/resource planning, product phase-ins/phase-outs, manufacturing ramp-up, end-of-life management, and product-line management; analyze supply/demand, BOM requirements, lead times, and critical-path procurements; create/release requisitions and interface with Source process areas regarding inventory levels and working capital. Preferred experience includes active U.S. Government Secret Clearance, special program access, SAP/MES, and Power BI/Tableau. Primary responsibilities also cover implementing capacity planning, ERP/MRP tooling, and alliance with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and scheduling in aerospace manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain special program access
- Planning/Scheduling Experience
- Production Control Experience
- ERP/MRP experience
