Job Summary
Manage inventory levels, monitor warehouse transactions, and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely product flow from sourcing to delivery. Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand, negotiate supplier contracts, and initiate cost reduction strategies while maintaining compliance. Identify high-volume orders impacting inventory, share stock information across departments, and report weekly KPIs to drive efficiency. Occasional travel to Exton, PA is required. This role supports daily operations for a team focused on optimizing supply chain performance and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related fields
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with systems such as ERP, E-Commerce, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data analysis/math/accounting skills
- Exceptional collaboration, organization, and time-management skills
- Exceptional proactive problem-solving, analysis, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently with little supervision
