Job Summary
Associate Supplier Quality Engineer role focusing on improving supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Drive standard work procedures, complete PPAP reviews (Level 1-4) and manage follow-up on rejected/interim approved PPAPs. Validate supplier capabilities, capacity, and quality systems; address short-term performance issues via 8D/SCAR and rapid continuous improvement. Apply lean tools to drive process improvements; lead supplier continuous improvement events and participate in launch readiness programs. Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance; collaborate with buyers and category managers across the supply chain. Location-based in Appleton, WI with travel up to 35%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- three (3)+ years of experience within Supply Chain or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 35%
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
