Job Summary
Understand student problems and introduce GradRight's solutions to help them find the right education at the right cost. Learn how banks and NBFCs operate to advise students on winning strategies, then utilize the firm's platform and partnerships to nurture leads for service signups. Engage students via telephonic conversations, emails, and video calls to achieve growth targets while creating and maintaining the brand's voice across all channels. Improve existing products and design new ones using customer insights, coordinating with colleagues to share responsibility and help them meet their goals. This Associate, Student Loan Advisory role supports GradRight's flagship FundRight bidding platform and new SelectRight university selection tool, leveraging insights from over 35,000 students and $1 billion in loan requests.
