Job Summary
Prepare structural engineering and construction drawings under direct supervision using Autodesk Revit, adhering to firm quality management standards and client specifications. Analyze survey reports, geotechnical data, and design deliverables to plan projects of routine to average complexity, while reviewing vendor submittals for compliance. Act as a CAD/BIM Coordinator on selected projects and visit job sites to gain field experience and develop practical engineering skills. Perform calculations and detail design elements using fundamental engineering concepts. Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No sponsorship available
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree related to Architecture or Structural Technology
- Experience with Autodesk Revit
- Confident communicator with colleagues and clients
- Ability to interact directly with clients
- Ability to work independently with direction and support from senior staff
- Strong report writing skills
