Associate, Strategy & Operations – Dasher & Logistics

Own Dasher supply health across Canadian markets by managing acquisition, mobilization, and retention to ensure reliable demand fulfillment with strong quality. Diagnose and close supply gaps across regions using data to identify root causes and deploy targeted interventions for varying operating conditions. Design and optimize programs that attract and retain quality Dashers while balancing short-term actions with longer-term planning. Lead rigorous, data-driven analyses to measure supply performance, model program impacts, and surface recommendations for senior stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations to align on supply strategy and make tradeoff decisions between supply adequacy, delivery quality, and cost. This role reports to a Manager of Strategy & Operations and requires a hybrid schedule with some in-office and remote time.
