Job Summary
Shape and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives that brings the Neurovascular EMEA commercial strategy to life. Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business value and capacity while managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across initiatives to support governance, executive reporting, and portfolio dashboards. Partner with commercial leaders to develop business cases and conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to generate actionable insights. Apply structured problem-solving approaches to support strategic decision-making and ensure initiatives remain aligned with the long-term strategic direction of the Neurovascular business. Travel up to 30% across EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting or leading strategic programmes, transformation initiatives or insight-led projects
- Strong project and portfolio management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
- Experience influencing across matrix organisations
- Commercial acumen and the ability to simplify complex business problems
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Up to 30% travel across EMEA

- Experience working across international or regional organisations
- Exposure to healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceuticals
